Nichole Beattie is an experienced television writer and producer who has worked on AMC’s The Walking Dead. She is the daughter of a U.S. Air Force colonel and a plastics engineer. Nichole’s family moved to Louisiana when she was six years old and she spent most of her formative years in Baton Rouge. After high school, Nichole attended LSU where she studied journalism and won a scholarship to study at the University of Southern California (USC). While at USC, Beattie wrote for the school’s humor magazine and also produced short films for the USC Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS).

Nichole started her acting career at the age of 13 in a small role in the feature film “The Cider House Rules.” After several small roles, she landed her first lead role in the television series “Nashville.” Nichole quickly became a popular TV star and began to be offered major roles since Nashville ended its run.
