    Dubsado makes it so easy to capture leads. You can add a lead capture form onto your contact page so you’re not going back and forth via email with the potential client and are able to capture the need to know information from the get-go.

    If you find that the person is a good fit, then you can reach out to them with the link to book a discovery call with you. I like to have discovery calls with my potential clients just to make sure that we are going to be a good fit.

  2. You can completely automate your onboarding process

    Dubsado makes automation so easy. With canned emails and workflows, you can set up an automated process so that your onboarding process works on autopilot.

    I currently have canned emails set up for every single one of my services so that when a client inquires about a specific offering, I don’t have to spend time crafting an email response to them.

  3. Bookkeeping is built right into the system

    Although I don’t use Dubsado’s bookkeeping feature because it’s not robust enough for me at this time, I do think it’s handy that its a part of Dubsado. I think this is great for people who don’t have teams yet because you’re able to keep track of everything in one place.

    I love that they are always taking their customer’s feedback into consideration and adding new features based on what we’re requesting. I love a company that really values their customer’s wants and needs so it’s nice to see Dubsado providing their customers with this.

  5. They have impeccable customer service

    This kind of goes hand in hand with number 4 but I absolutely had to mention it here. Their customer service is bar none not only in that they’re always considerate of our wants and needs feature-wise but also in terms of help. They have a great Facebook community and support team who is always willing to lend a helping hand.
